I have been a landlord in the Crossgates/Whinmoor area for a number of years and have always dealt with Helen Holdsworth previously from a letting agents and more recently Preston Baker. Helen has been my first point of contact and have always been impressed and satisfied with the service given as she is efficient and reliable and has an excellent knowledge of the property type and requirements in the Crossgates/Whinmoor area. The process of finding my recent tenant thro Helen and Preston Baker has been quick, smooth and more important there has been excellent communication throughout. I would not hesitate to use her services in the future.
