Avoid these bunch of gangsters at all costs. Liars, unprofessional and just bad at the job. Gave us the wrong information about the property i.e wrong postcode and council tax banding then after we signed the contract gave us a different postcode and different council tax banding costing an extra 500 pound per year more for what we originally budgeted for. Took no responsibility and refused to waive admin fee as a gesture of goodwill and acknowledgement of their error. Do not use this agency!!@
