My house purchase was made so stress free with the guidance of the staff at Leaders. They were so professional and kept in regular contact with me throughout the purchase. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

This lot took over from the original agent I was with and I have had nothing but trouble. Most months they keep rent back and try for deductions and as a landlord it is important to get the rent to pay the mortgage. Maintenance charges are high, higher than West London contractors. When its about rent/backgroundcheck/finalising the property /paying of bills/ they know how to contact you through emails/mails/letters/text messages. Worst agents about very rude in person and on the phone. Failed to get repairs done in the 7 years of renting the same house and after saying they would help find us a new place we did not get any help at all.
