I am a student in my second year of university. From the day we moved in to the house we have encountered numerous problems (we were promised wifi and all bills included - this was a lie) They did not tell the landlord at the time that we were moving in, let alone that the landlord was changing less than 2 months into the tenancy. The landlord switched off heating and hot water over winter and this agency has not helped at all with any of the issues in the house. I had no lights in my room for 2 weeks in December, and it took several phone calls to the agency until the strip lights were finally fixed. We feel very taken advantage of, just because we are students. I have never heard anything positive about this agency.

At the start on the year and during the student house hunting phase they seemed helpful and friendly but as the year went on it was clear they were only putting on a show and only cared about the money we were paying them.
