Everything sounded great until the fee was paid, when I quickly realised how bad they were. First day at my new home, I open the door, and I see the last tenants have left a lot of their stuff here, and that nobody has cleaned it, even though I was promised that somebody was going to clear out the house and clean it before I moved in. Big lie. I was left to spend the entire month taking out rubbish little by little since wouldn't all fit into the bin. Another thing they do is regular check ups, to see if the house is in order. Now I kept my end of the deal up and made sure I left the house presentable, when I raised an issue like something has broken, it was completely ignored. I had to ring repeatedly for simple fixes. The last thing that really bothers me is the fees. I've never seen such high fees for little things here and there. They really do milk you as much as possible whenever they can.
These are objectively very high fees compared to the national average. There are agents in London with lower fees than NR.

20 May 2019This company is so bad at communication it is almost laughable (if it weren't frustrating).. As a Tenant they basically ignore you. Whether you phone or email them, basic repairs, or anything you ask is ignored, it just disappears into a black hole. Would never recommend. They need to sort themselves out and actually respond to people. You may as well be talking to a brick wall. An expensive brick wall. Shame!

As a tenant, I do my best to ensure that the properties I inhabit are kept at a high standard. After living in one of their properties for two years, I moved out and this is when the trouble began. I was emailed by a letting agent who stated that my house had dilapidations that needed repairing and ... Read Full Review
Terrible fees. Bond was too steep and then they tried to take more than half from me for expected wear and tear.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
