The valuer Steven Haworth then came and said the same, and suggested an attractive guide price which happened to be half way between our own top and bottom estimates. His marketing strategy was designed to attract viewings and it certainly did. We had 66 viewings in the first two weeks, thirteen offers, all but three above fuide price. They advised to set a closing date for offers, we accept d the third highest and completed the sale yesterday, within 8 weeks of going live. I cannot recommend this office enough. Selling a house is a partnership between seller and agent. Some greedy sellers who fail to listen to agents then blame them for lack of viewings abound. We agreed, focussed, and achieved an excellent price.
