I don't normally write reviews, especially bad ones, but my experience as a potential buyer with the Acres was diabolical, so I feel I have the duty to warn those who might want to hand their porperies for Acres to sale. From the first point of contact: I rang 4 times over two weeks to book my viewing but every time they answer the phone I be told the lady in charge of that property wasn't available,sometimes they will tell me they will get back to me but I never heard anything back. Until I get quite serious with their manager on my 5th attempts , and eventually got it done. On the day of viewing: to many of my questions about the property and the area, the staff who show me around has no a clue, she couldn't even find her way back from the garden- I directed her. She keep saying: 'sorry I don't know about the area at all ',' oh, I have such a long day it really mess my head ' and ' It's my first time to be in the property...'make me wonder why she will be employed if she doesn't know anything about the product she is saling and doesn't seems to have the mental capacity to cope with her day job, she forgot to give me the brochure of the property BTW, Apart from it, she is a very nice and agreeable lady. On my way to the next property, as not be given a written address through mail/text, I misheard the house number letter A as number 8, that cost me a long time to find the wrong property, at the end I rang the agency and have the clarification,not knowing the area I asked for help in direction, instead of being helpful I be told in a stern voice: 'if you won't be there in the next couple of minutes, your appointment will be cancelled due to your lateness.' I told them I am so glad my house is not in their hand to sale, because I will be heart broken if I know my potential buyers are so terribly treated and be turned away. It almost feels like watching a comedy -I can hardly believe the staffs can be so badly trained-no manners, not professionalism,Even worse, no one care. If I were the company owner and I read these reviews, I will be very worry. we all know what happen in such a competitive market place -when the trust of your costumers leave you, so as your business.
