I would definitely not recommend Taylor's for letting- this is coming from a landlord and my tenant who also said how disappointed she was with their service. Despite the tenant having told them that she was moving out a month in advance and it being a highly soughy after flat right in town they were unable to organise the viewings despite a lot of interest in the flat, this cost me a months rent as it was empty. After calling 3 times one morning in order to get an update on the progress with no answer I decided to pop in and found that there was no one from lettings in- I don't know how they expect to meet their contracts and get potential tenants through the door if they don't even have the staff to answer phones. When I complained they said that their disorganisation was due to staffing issues- quite frankly I thought this wasn't my problem, if they can't meet contracts and end up costing landlord money they should close down. They also had the cheek to quote me a price which was more that the initial letting (the second being 6 months later). I decided to go with another in the area and they let the propert out within 5 days. Go elsewhere..
