Steve helped me sell my property and find my ideal family home. Steve understood what I was looking for because he asked all the right questions. He didn't just show me properties because he wanted to sell them he should me properties that matched my specification. I would highly recommend Steve and Abel because unlike other property experts I have used in the past Abel have YOUR interest at heart first. They even reduce my fee because I had more business for them. I wouldn't use another agency to sell or buy properties from.

Excellent fixed fees plus if they don't sell your property within 14 days they reduce their fees not many do that.
