Leaders in Faringdon are a great crew. They managed my flat in Faringdon extremely well. As a "remote" landlady it was very important to have someone whom I could trusts D Lisa and the crew stepped up to the mark every time. Thanks to all of you for your support over the years.

Very disappointing experience. We were tenants for a year and had to wait months to get anything repaired. 3 months to replace bathroom door locks, over 3 months to fix the garage door and over 2 months with no shower. The latter 2 took so long they weren't even fixed before our tenancy ran... Read Full Review

Leaders do not care about their tenants they are only interested in making money for landlords. The property was not immaculate when we moved in and they they threatened that we would be blamed for the damage that was already there. They were not helpful when we had issues. What agent could do to change your mind?
Better communication (incl. correct spelling, grammar, punctuation etc.), being more willing to help when requested and actually listening to what tenants are saying -a few instances where I had to repeat the same piece of information several times over the period of a month.
