There fees are very high , and there telephone manner is terrible. You have to be earning of �21.000 P.a to rent a flat , even if you have savings. What a joke.

The reason you would have had this explained to you prior to reserving any property is to ensure that your income would meet the requirements to be offered a tenancy. Where income is below the required level in most cases applicants can apply with the use of a guarantor or pay for the tenancy term in advance.
