The fees are reasonable and in line with the market place. I wouldn't use an online agent personally.

I was a landlord with Lovelle lettings in Grimsby. It was only when I left that the full scale of how poorly they had looked after my tenants became apparent. A complete nightmare trying to organise viewings and a rental for my son who is a critical worker and recently found a job in Grimsby.
