I wish to thank Lesleyann for all her hard work and professionalism in concluding the sale of 45 Lon Gwesyn, Birchgrove. I have sold 2 no. properties in the last few years and both of them have been dealt with by Lesleyann and both transactions have been sold very quickly. She has kept me informed on a regular basis as to the current state of play and I have nothing but praise for all her hard work. Astleys have got a good one in Lesleyann. I would also like to thank Conor for all his efforts.

In Sept 2022 we took a 12 month tenancy for a 3 bed semi in Beaufort Drive, Kittle at a monthly rental of £1200 which we paid 6 months up front for.
