Today i ve tried to arrange a viewing over the phone and i was totally dissapointed about the lady who explained me the process and i had a feeling that she just wanted to get rid of me.Nobody from the agency gave me a call back when i arranged a viewing on-line and that lady knew about my appointment but nevwr call me back. In the end she told me that she will send me an email with details of viewing the property next day but never received anything from them. Highly dissapointed about their customer service!

When dealing with John D Woods at time of renting the property they where really good so this is not a bad review about the branch but rather the department that pay back the deposit.
