If I could Lucy Foskett a zero I would. I'm quite experienced in working with estate agents either as a landlord, purchaser or tenant. My dealings with Lucy Foskett, as a purchaser, has been one of the worst. From the moment I showed interest in the property, her communication to me was either non-existent, bullying or rude. I believe a client should not have to put up with this unprofessionalism either side of the sales deal. Whatever her frustrations at the the slowness of getting the sale through, abuse to the purchaser should not occur.

We have just had our offer accepted on a property marketed by Chestertons.
