By far the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I am currently purchasing a house advertised with this office and can only refer to the level of service received as abysmal. Should my review stop one person going through what we have went through with this agency it will be worth it. They never answer calls, never respond to emails, never provide updates and refuse to apologise for mis selling us a property which is still yet to go through despite our offer being made over four months ago. We only viewed no chain properties as we have first time buyers buying our property and specifically requested the view no chain properties only. They claimed to have a no chain property for sale which we thereafter viewed and continues to be advertised as sold with no on ward chain. We made an offer and only after reaching exchange of contracts where we informed this was not true the property does have a chain and entwistle refused to acknowledge this. Furthermore they continued to take viewings on the property despite us requesting this not be done and finally they have failed to correctly advise their clients resulting in their clients making decisions that no correctly informed vendor would make. An example being not exchanging contracts to protect their position when exchange is the only way to secure the sale. When I have raised issues new members of staff claim the poor service is down to them being understaffed and this therefore needs to be dealt with as currently the service provided is ridiculously poor. I would not recommend this company to a friend or stranger their services leave so much to be desired.

One of the best companies I have ever had dealings with, this mainly because they arrange things with speed and grace.
