Well I rented a property at �450pcm and it was a disgrace I have thick black mould on my bedroom walls that was never fixed even though it caused me to get astma, I had over 40 repairs and only 2 got done! My hot water broke and it took them 3months to get it fixed!!! When I called the estate agent which was bascially every day! And told them about all my repairs they just said someone will be in touch! No-one ever gets in touch, This branch in Maghull has to be the worst ever, Espically the rude man who works there all the staff are jokes, More concerned in taking your money rather than help you, You know do there jobs!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Took a month deposit and another £1000 on top of that! The flat was a shit hole that gave me astma

One of the best companies I have ever had dealings with, this mainly because they arrange things with speed and grace.
