Horrible to deal with! No oven rack supplied for 4 months (oven was useless), no shower screen for 3 months, no curtains for 2 months, no heating from Sep' 2008 to March 2009 (when it snowed!), no hot water for 3 months, serious ant infestation they refused to deal with, bed collapsed and was never replaced (nor would they take it away!), informed by neighbours that last tenant's child suffered badly with CO poisoning - only then did they fix the boiler! Staff are miserable to deal with, reception/admin girl in office changes every month - thus never knows what to do when you call. Terrible estate agent, do not look after their properties or tenants even though they pay their rent in full and on time!
