Horrible to deal with! No oven rack supplied for 4 months (oven was useless), no shower screen for 3 months, no curtains for 2 months, no heating from Sep' 2008 to March 2009 (when it snowed!), no hot water for 3 months, serious ant infestation they refused to deal with, bed collapsed and was ...
