Where do I start .At first hannah our stratton creber adviser was lovely explained everything about our mortage and seemed frIendly and approachable in our first visit. But unfortunately after our experience after that was poor service from hannah. We tried to make appointment with hannah to help us with our mortage as we were first time buyers. We couldn't get an appointment with hannah for about 4 to 5 weeks time and then when our appointment came up hanah cancelled on us that day. Arranged another 4 to 5 weeks time, as this is the earliest that they could do. This happens more then 2 _3 occasions. Solicitors had all the paperwork and we could move in may 2016 but needed hannah to sign some more forms, but once again hannah cancelled on us. Luckily redruth branch said we could go to Helston branch and we were able to get an appointment same day. Thank you so much to Helston branch. All forms signed and we moved in May to our new home. We had a phone call from redruth branch( not hannah )I think it was August time to see how things are progressing and if we had a date to move in our house. Lol.

Bad service for agents fee
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
