If I could leave this as 0 stars I would! Hands down the worst Agents you could ever imagine to have to deal with! Prior to moving into the property, which was a development of new build flats in Sale, they were disorganised, didn't respond to emails or phone calls, continuously lied to us and then put the price of rent up by £100 a week before we were due to move in! Upon moving out, they have now tried to keep a large amount of our deposit for items which should be classed as general wear and tear or for problems which simply don't exist!

I rarely leave reviews or comments and I don't know about their letting service but definitely avoid buying property from them or through them. Not had the best experience with O'Connor Bowden from the start. On a personal level they appear helpful however fundamentally they cannot seem to do their job in managing let properties.
