As an independent estate agency, we are only paid when we rent or sell properties at completion, not when they are listed on the market. We are small enough to provide a personal service to our clients, tailoring it to their exact requirements with a dedicated negotiator handling the process from start to finish. After some considerable time of homelessness . Counsil moving us around for almost 2 years . My daughter being previously a client introduced me to Anthony estates. We approached Tony (now my landlord) to our hope in finding a long term home but mostly stability for my then my other 7 yr old daughter and finally attend school . It took a little while but he never forgot us and offered us a property we now call home . Being disabled with mobility issues property had amenities Stine throw away shops transport and a school literally on my door step . Tony was there to greet us at our new property and did all he possibly could to ensure we had all we needed to settle in . He even took time to check up on how we were doing weeks after. Between Tony and one of his offer team worker Rimi I felt and still feel supported in our now home .Tony is very reasonable and considerate in his ways and does not mind to be contacted directly .tho Rimi very articulate capable young lady compitant in her role always ready to take calls n tackle problems.you may think this review sounds unbelievable.I have been their client for almost 2 years and would not dream to move . Better service than any other previous council or private housing .should you choose to rent with Anthony Estates . You'll be in good hands . I like to Thank Tony and Rimi for taking care of me and both my daughters. Five star service .

From my experiance .fee is reasonable. . Anthony estate are very committed to ensure your needs are met . The hard working friendly office team, work along side both old and new clients giving update in information , with filling out forms to dealing with fees .good communication taking care and time so you don't feel rushed.well worth the fee .

John is always there to help and makes sure that people are satisfied. If something is broken in the house or if you forget your key, he takes care about it.
