As an independent estate agency, we are only paid when we rent or sell properties at completion, not when they are listed on the market. We are small enough to provide a personal service to our clients, tailoring it to their exact requirements with a dedicated negotiator handling the process from start to finish. We value each and every single one of our clients, regardless if they have one property or multiple, our clients are not just another number to us.

John is always there to help and makes sure that people are satisfied. If something is broken in the house or if you forget your key, he takes care about it. From my experiance .fee is reasonable. . Anthony estate are very committed to ensure your needs are met . The hard working friendly office team, work along side both old and new clients giving update in information , with filling out forms to dealing with fees .good communication taking care and time so you don't feel rushed.well worth the fee .
