Not one to write reviews about companies but I want to make as many people as possible aware of how awful I have been treated by Britania Properties. As a reliable tenant who has never missed a rent payment I was asked to vacate my house as the landlord wanted to re-wire the building - fine by me as they found me a nice flat just down the road. However due to being so cooperative and accepting of this move (though I still had 6 weeks left on my agreement so could of easily refused) I expected to be treated with respect and appreciation. instead I came home after working away (which they are aware of) to find maintenance men cleaning out my house. Due to this I have lost a couple of hundred pounds worth of kitchen equipment and food. They gave me zero notification that they were cleaning out the house (other than some lazy emails on the day - which I didn't receive due to working away). I stated in an email that I would notify them as soon as I had moved out! please if your looking to rent in Birmingham DO NOT use Britania Properties, they are disrespectful, unprofessional and have no appreciation or care for their tenants. I have been left completely broken, mentally, emotional and most importantly - financially!!
