I give Beth 4 stars for Palmer Snell. I'm a young person from care and currently heavily pregnant I have been trying to find a home since the start of my pregnancy. I have got as far as viewing flats and doing the referencing to then get rejected. I have had 2 guarantors drop out at last minute but thanks to Palmer and Snell they where incredibly patient and now fingers crossed they have helped me find a home. So a big thank-you to Palmer Snell and Beth I would recommend anyone to go to Palmer Snell espically if had trouble finding property that accept dss.
I think the fees weren't too expensive. The same amount as any letting agents.

I suggest that all the staff enroll for a course with suitable Management training and then serve at least a full 2 years under a fully Qualifide Estates Management Professional - meanwhile save the public all of us vunerable folk - being ripped off and suffering undue harm risk and - STRESS .It is tough enough being landladies and landlords, many of us foreced into this situation which we did noit want in the first place. thank you for the opportunity of ventilating on this space.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
