Terrible service, not that I rented anything with them or bought anything, but me and my wife came all the way to view a flat for rent on Avondale Road at 10am and these people were never there. When I called Carmel Gray who by the looks of the name seems to be the owner picked the phone and when asked where they are, she told me I called at 9 am you never answered the phone and I left a voice mail, There were no voice mail or miss calls and I told her that. I wouldn't lie as I have nothing to do with them or against them. But the level of unprofessionalaism by telling me that I never confirmed on the same day, well because you yourself confirm it over an email? She was rude, unapologetic to the core and instead giving me explanation that many people don't turn up so what do I got to do with that??? That's not problem if you've faced bad customers. Do not judge every customer the same way, simple! Highly disappointed
