I chose La Casa to sell my flat after looking at a few estate agents in the area and online. The warm welcome that I received when I first entered the office was echoed every time I contacted them or was contacted by them. Viv is such a great support and very knowledgeable. He gave great advice and clarification at each step of the selling process. It was the first time I have sold a property and really didn't know what to do or what to expect. La Casa was by my side throughout the whole process. They managed to find a buyer who was happy to offer the asking price in a buyers' market. I had regular updates from the team and towards the end they were emailing the buyers solicitor regularly to push things along. I am so pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

Complaints Procedure
IN-HOUSE COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards. If you have a complaint, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible. We will then respond in line with the timeframes set out below (if you feel we have not sought to address your complaints within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman to consider without our final viewpoint on the matter). What will happen next? • We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of you complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure. • We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally be dealt with by the office manager who will review your file and speak to the member of staff who dealt with you.
