Rented a house through this agent. They encouraged us to waiver the rent here and here (wish we had t been so kind) and NEVER checked the state of the place. It was wrecked and we were left with a huge underpayment. Awful agents - don't use them. Cowboys.

Was in the process of purchasing 14 THE GLADE WYLLIE NP12 2HB but didn't disclose vendor is in a boundary dispute with developer and only allegedly owns a two thirds of the back garden. The road of the site is not being adopted by council due to drainage issue and all the right hand side properties ... Read Full Review

I actually contacted three branches of Roberts and Co about three different properties, all via Rightmove. They haven't responded to any of the email enquiries (two of which were submitted over 72 hours ago), and when chased via the telephone number provided on Rightmove it goes through to the...
