What can I say biggest con woman and liar that you'll ever meet! I took out a tenancy on a property via Good Moves besides being a few days late with the keys the property had no internal doors a smashed window and dodgy lighting in the kitchen. I had also paid one months rent up front and a deposit of �675 which being a single parent was a hell of a lot of money. After many months of going into the Good Moves office I was given every excuse that you could think of in regards to the repairs and same goes for her securing my deposit. I eventually had to go through the landlord licensing service who were brilliant however they had to serve the notice on the actual landlord of the property which prompted him to come and see me and he was in a similar position Jane Murray had ripped him off and told him that I was being difficult which was a complete and utter lie - anyway the outcome for me was the landlord paid for all repairs and doors replaced and moved letting agent s however there is still the matter of my deposit Good Moves or rather Bad moves have stilll not transferred my deposit to the new letting agents and its been 6 months - DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID THIS LETTING/ESTATE AGENT AT ALL COST - BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER AND I WILL BE PURSUING MY DEPOSIT

Shocking service from 'Good Moves'. A tenant was late with payment (so I thought). I contacted the tenant for an update when I was advised that Good Moves had rejected the payment.
