Ive been a tennant here for a few years now and so far the experience has been very positive. On the occasions where i have needed assistance from the office and maintainence people i have always been given fast and high quqlity service. The office has always been very friendly and accomodating and has always resolved any issues fairly quickly.

They manage the communial areas on our estate, they charge us a fortune and had a contractor botch up a job and then say that the area that they had fixed belong to one off the residents after instructing the repair which failed Then when contacted and told about the poor work the employee says ...
