They manage the communial areas on our estate, they charge us a fortune and had a contractor botch up a job and then say that the area that they had fixed belong to one off the residents after instructing the repair which failed Then when contacted and told about the poor work the employee says " do you think we have a crystal ball" how do we know what the repair is like so I withheld my share of the payment to try and put pressure on them with the knowledge of the rest of the business occupants. They have eventually admitted that they got it wrong and will put the money back into the account and claim it back but only after me having to push the issue . They never provide accounts on time and the management fees are well over 55% of the charges levied . They only understand people being rude to them to resolve anything they promise regular visits and checks and they never turn up, nor do they hold the same staff for long so no consistency Waste off space and Cowboys the estate and occupants are looking for another management company Don't use them if you want I can send copy documents and recorded telephone calls Horrid people
