We sold our house quickly through Connells having had few viewings in the previous 2 months from another agent. Using their 6 week challenge we were impressed by the number of viewings and although some offers were ridiculous, we found a suitable buyer within 2 weeks and the sale proceeded without a hitch. As the property was unoccupied we had to leave keys with the agent. On one occasion the house was left unsecured, But our complaint was addressed immediately. John Horton was particularly helpful from valuation right through the process. Feedback on viewings was proactive but we delayed accepting an offer from a first time buyer as we were expecting another interested buyers offer, who then turned out to be in a chain. It would have been helpful to have had all the info up front. Once signed up to marketing emails it seems to be impossible to unsubscribe!
Few was comparable, but additional charges for floor plan and marketing packages were crazy. Who else does this? No one!

Just avoid this lot, they make no effort to sell your house, they don't communicate with you or prospective buyers. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
