Kirsty woodley was very helpful in everything on purchasing a house she did a really good job on everything letting me know on what to do and what was happening through out the process, she also gave me good advice on what do to do and was very helpful on what needed to be done .

Don't waste your time. That seems to be their job. Broken promises, disinterested staff. Never felt so under-valued by a business. How they mange to keep running is a mystery to me. What agent could do to change your mind?
We are trapped using this agent at the moment as to get out of the contract the house would have to not be marketd for a couple of weeks and we can not afford that. This was a rather high-end house for the area. I would have expected a bit more attention to detail in regards to securing the sale, as well as ensuring all calls were returned. And it would have been dandy to have been told about the collapse of the sale WHEN IT ACTUALLY HAPPENED!
