An absolute nightmare to deal with. Even the simplest query had to be asked several times before an answer was given and when it was finally answered it was done so in a very rude manner. It felt like information was purposely being withheld to try and push me into signing the leases before the date which I had agreed upon, which I'd been told the landlord was fine with. They then stated they were unaware of this being agreed and that it needed to be signed ASAP but then later changed this stance so that it could be signed when I had originally said. I dealt with so many people in the process and no one seemed to know what was going on. I would receive a phone call whilst at work with an answer phone message saying to call back but no information as to why they called. I would then call the number they asked me to call, in which they weren't there and no one seemed to know why they called me (I still have no idea why I received several of these calls as they never called back again) My biggest gripe was with a specific person who would read my emails and respond, ignoring a large portion of what I was asking and in some cases, answer a question I hadn't even asked and treat me as if I was an idiot. Overall my experience was very poor and I would not recommend them to any one.
