I am looking to buy a property in Bournemouth, so looked at your website on 14th January. I submitted an enquiry on 15th Jan and got a response from Callum Mackenzie to say he would contact me.... I have followed up several times to say I'd like to view the property, however no response.. I called and emailed today, no response... If my money, enquiry and interest are not good enough, I'll go elsewhere. Very poor

What agent could do to change your mind?
Original letter of complaint dismissed by Director of Goadsby. Complaint should have been investigated through the correct channels instead of a reply being sent to us within 30 mins denying any bad service or unprofessional behavour. Also included in the reply was a reminder that if the agreed commission was not paid by the deadline date interest would be then be charged on a daily basis.
