There was a staff member who advised me to hang on to get a better price for my property,which I eventualy did. I am grateful to her . The other staff members just reported the offers that I had recieved.

I bought a property that was listed through William H Brown in Sowerby Bridge. They were utterly unhelpful, rude and disinterested in the sale. The agent did absolutely nothing to earn their fees. I think they should have been taken to court to reclaim the fees they did charge.
