I was shocked with my latest experience with the rental department at Chesterton in Hampstead. The agent was not only impolite but extremely rude when I did not agree with him. The service and professionalism provided from Chestertons Hampstead office is terrible. As potential and exisitng tenant with them they have been quick in responding until we signed and paid for a tenancy agreement. After that they disappeared.
