I am an owner/resident of a flat within a property in Richmond Park which has been managed by Asset Property Management for over 8 years. I have never experienced an issue with dealing with Asset. I find any maintenance issues are always resolved promptly by the helpful staff. From speaking with other owners that have other flats elsewhere with other managing agents, Asset are by far the best!
good and very reasonable agent fees.

Please be warned prior to dealing with Asset Property Maintenance, you only have to look at the outside of their own office building to see what low expectations this company have when it comes to maintaining a building properly! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
