Trying to buy a property, I have been blatantly lied to on all fronts. They've been caught out now, as they sold the adjoining property (which has just been updated on land registry) for way less than they told me and not needing the "considerable amount" of work required on it. Along with that, absolutely no updates of progress, nothing at all. Just more lies, long delays and frankly shocking service. I'm not even paying fees, as I'm the purchaser but am disgusted at their level of dishonesty and incompetence to the point that I am pulling out of the purchase as I don't want to deal with this any more. Avoid them like the plague, even if they do appear to be oh so genuine. Wolves in sheeps clothing

A really first rate service, we were previously put off using Ocean but as soon as I heard there was anew line up there we went ahead with them as previous dealings with the two other high street agents had been poor.
