Extremely unprofessional. Do not reply to emails or voicemails. Do not take calls. I had instructed them to sell a property for which they supposedly had a buyer only to be messed about. In my 20 years of buying and selling property in London this is by far the worst estate agent i have ever dealt with. I cannot imagine they will be in business for much longer. shocking.

11 Apr 2018Dear Philip, I remember Your upset and Displeasure with Dennis Lloyd Brown at the time and your frustration with the absence of return calls from Dennis. I am so sorry to have employed such a person, whom after working for Harlesden Heights for a short time, left us to open his own Estate Agency within the same area. He tried to approach all of Harlesden Heights contacts, however ! they are loyal long term client`s and he was not successful. He has not got any fan`s within the area. I am very upset at not being able to sell your property which I am great full for the opportunity you gave us. In my own defence, we were instructed on the Eve of Brexit, which had consequences on the market. I would like to make it up to and show you that Harlesden Heights have been extremely successful in selling and renting property in the NW10 areas for thousands of Vendors and Landlords over the last fifteen years I would like to offer You a FREE let with Harlesden Heights. I would dearly like the opportunity of making it up to you, being able to show You that we can do a superb service that You will be very happy with. Simon Feld - manager.

I was really unhappy with the service. I put in an offer for a property and did not hear anything back from the agent. I had to call him, when calling he said that he had 'tried' to call. Once I had another offer in, again I waited over a day, before I called AGAIN, this time with the excuse 'I was ... Read Full Review

26 Apr 2019Thanks Tanya, it was a pleasure to spend the day with you...
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
