Extremely unprofessional. Do not reply to emails or voicemails. Do not take calls. I had instructed them to sell a property for which they supposedly had a buyer only to be messed about. I was really unhappy with the service. I put in an offer for a property and did not hear anything back from the agent. I had to call him, when calling he said that he had 'tried' to call. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
