Springfield letting agents are THE WORST that I have experienced. I am a young professional who has rented many times and I have never had an experience like this. They made my 10 months renting from them extremely unpleasant and I know I speak for all other tenants of theirs with my views. As the other review here states, they appear over zealous to tenants on arrival but never respond to emails, enter the property and your locked bedroom without permission or prior warning. In my property we were without electricity for 2 months as it had been illegally wired and was then cut off. The letting agent took no responsibility for this, did not respond to any correspondence for this and was extremely rude when she did eventually get in touch. They charge for all sorts of services such as cleaning which they do not provide and in general were extremely unpleasant to deal with. Please learn from my experience and stay away!!

Springfields are the most incompetent and unprofessional lettings agent I have ever had the misfortune to use. They have acted as my letting agent and also manage a number of blocks in Witney. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
