Springfield letting agents are THE WORST that I have experienced. I am a young professional who has rented many times and I have never had an experience like this. Springfields are the most incompetent and unprofessional lettings agent I have ever had the misfortune to use. They have acted as my letting agent and also manage a number of blocks in Witney. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
