We recently sold my mother's house following her death in May. We have been really pleased with the way the team of staff dealt with the whole process. In the first instance Alivia was professional and sensitive in helping us through the process, offering good advice and being efficient. The paper work was clearly explained and we had a chance to approve the marketing materials. The house was sold within 10 days of it being put on the market with Becky keeping us fully informed of viewings, feedback, offers and eventual sale . Thanks.

The service from Reeds Rains Baddeley Green has been first rate. Not only did they have viewings lined up before we put it on the market, they sold the house within a week over the asking price and when it fell through they had 3 viewings lined up and sold again within 24hrs.
