No interest whatsoever in their clients, after having a host of problems they then proceeded to explain that they 'don't even make much money from our building' they don't respond to emails and God forbid you actually pay them a visit, you'll be met with hostility and they actually make you feel uncomfortable. I can confidently say I have never been met with such incompetence with a company before.

Where Do I start! Property had been up previously with 2 other agents, decided to try Stringfellows as reviews were spot on and I wasnt disapppointed! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
