We have a severe problem with our flat and rainbow properties couldn't care less. We simply can't sleep due to absolutely no soundproofing above our bedroom which leads to someone who likes to bang about and sing out of tune through till 4am. Three months has passed full of empty promises and inaction and we have had enough. The customer service skills displayed by the person we have been dealing with are by far the worst I have ever seen.

8 Dec 2019"we" is probably "jamie and his gf or wife".... "bang about" is probably nothing... "out of tune" and "through till 4am" are probably lies...which leaves us with "understandable" complaint about singing...understandable indeed, cause it might be attractive to jamie's gf or wife.... he is therefore compelled to promptly state that "both of them" are "annoyed" by it... cause this is how it goes in this country nowadays....man is the spokesman for both, woman gets no chance to say anything, ever...jealous men don't even let them use their balconies....invented in malta more than 2000 years ago...de facto abolished by has beens has beens jealous beans today...never before in the history, no one could see entire country full of empty balconies...those are most jealous men on earth....it is not a police that won't let them use their balconies.... it's the boyfriends and hubbies... has beens has beens jealous beans
