We have a severe problem with our flat and rainbow properties couldn't care less. We simply can't sleep due to absolutely no soundproofing above our bedroom which leads to someone who likes to bang about and sing out of tune through till 4am. 8 Dec 2019"we" is probably "jamie and his gf or wife".... "bang about" is probably nothing... "out of tune" and "through till 4am" are probably lies...which leaves us with "understandable"...

Overall: 1 I moved into a flat let by Rainbow Properties last September (2011). Within weeks, the hobs, suspicious to begin with, failed to heat.
