Great service, very professional. Always went above and beyond. Any setbacks in the sale process were dealt with efficiently and I always felt that my interests were being looked after as well as the sellers'.

Savills rented me an apartment that is completely unliveable. It has mold everywhere and smells horrible. Savills never inspected the unit to ensure it was fit for habitability. While I was impressed with Savills through most of the tenancy, the agent (Katharina Roth)'s response during check out was LESS THAN DESIRABLE. At the end of the tenancy, Savills mentioned that an administrative fee would be charged if they arranged an end of tenancy clean. They mentioned names ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
It is not fine to be professional only during the tenancy and resort to unpleasant tactics at the end!
