Sally Harrisons were the agents acting for the people whose house we were buying, We ourselves had used a different agency. Claire, the member of staff dealing with the sale kept us fully informed with developments at all times and maintained regular contact. There were aspects of our sale that caused us some concerns (nothing to do with Sally Harrisons or their client) Claire had the ability to seem to soothe things over. Towards the end of the negotiations we learned that Claire was to change jobs, but fortunately, Claire 2 was just as easy to deal with. Our purchase eventually reached a satisfactory conclusion. We would have no hesitation in recommending this firm, and IF we were to move again, would ourselves definitely use them.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
