It all started with an honest and realistic appraisal and valuation of our property. Once instructed, we were swiftly sent professional marketing details for our approval before the property was listed on the sale market. The property went live on the market and we were constantly kept updated with interest and feedback from viewings. When an offer was made we were guided by their experience and expertise as to how to handle this to our advantage. Following the acceptance of an offer Sally Harrison's team were able to guide us in the right direction with the next steps required to ensure a swift and smooth sale. We were sent regular updates throughout the whole process right up to completion. In short we would definitely recommend Sally Harrison Estate agents. There is no doubt that without their experience and expertise, we would not have enjoyed such a smooth and positive sale process.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
